In the third part of our AOE Conference 2017 series we take a closer look at the topic of “Management 3.0: The secret to happy, performing and motivated self-organized teams – don’t just leave them alone.”

In his talk, our Agile Coach, Christof Braun, touches upon the most important aspects of this management style and also answers the following questions, among others:

  • Why are self-organized teams and companies more productive?
  • Which challenges must leaders and teams in such organizations overcome?
  • Why is a different management style imperative in these organizations?

In addition, Christof explains principles, ideas, tools and exercises that are necessary for a successful implementation of Management 3.0. This new approach empowers all members of a self-organized system to face new challenges. The result: Trust is built and team members are more motivated and have a higher degree of satisfaction in their work.

Most creative workers don’t realize that they are also responsible for management stuff. Management is too important to leave to the managers.
