A German family-owned company in the healthcare sector has developed into a leading provider and sells its products worldwide. In order to meet the resulting demands, the medium-sized company needs to modernize existing evolved processes, company structures and technologies. The goal: a digital, fully integrated platform with efficient processes that can also meet future requirements.
From manual processes and the website of a family-owned company to a digital platform solution for global deployment: Together with AOE, a medium-sized healthcare company made the shift to a composable business concept, thus facilitating the digitalization, automation, and optimization of processes at the company. This way, the company created the technological bases for addressing the growing requirements of global sales. The state-of-the-art platform enables the company to confront new challenges and make changes quickly and flexibly – and thus to seize competitive advantages and remain fit for the future. The focus of the new cloud solution, which integrates all relevant systems on a portal, is on the user experience for various user groups. During the planning and implementation of the project, the company profited from AOE’s experience in agile software development of complex platform projects.
