We ourselves are positioned as an organization committed to learning. As such, this insight – that we are always learning – ensures we are ready to meet the future, and it is the cornerstone of our approach to learning at the AOE Academy.

• Continued ability to take action and make decisions: With our approach to learning – that is, working and learning based on real, concrete problems & challenges – combined with the active involvement of participants and our ongoing coaching, we both support you and enable you to master future challenges on your own.
• Collaborative forms of learning:  Central to our training concepts is learning through collaborative exchange with one another. Collaboration as equals promotes long-term learning among trainees.
• Support & consulting: We offer professional support with our training courses, which can also be accompanied by coaching – to support the trainees (individually/as a team) in their day-to-day work in line with their needs and objectives.
