Challenges

Manual processes are like sand in the gears: time-consuming, error-prone, and hard to scale. On top of that, data often has to be consolidated from different sources, a tedious task that drains valuable resources from teams.

With n8n and its integrated AI capabilities, you have a platform that tackles exactly these challenges: workflows can be visually modeled, automated, and enhanced with AI features and intelligent agents — without deep programming knowledge. Automation thus becomes accessible not only for IT departments but for all business units — enabling faster operations, fewer errors, and a solid foundation for scaling.

Goal

As an expert n8n partner, we’ll teach you in this hands-on training how to implement your own automations and workflows using n8n and its integrated AI features.

After the training, you will be able to:

  • Confidently apply the core concepts of n8n
  • Design, test, and optimize your own workflows
  • Integrate AI Nodes and AI Agents effectively
  • Connect data sources, transform data, and automatically process results
  • Apply best practices for testing, error handling, security, and collaboration

Target group

This training is aimed at (technically inclined) business units such as HR, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or internal IT teams who want to automate processes and benefit from AI-powered workflow capabilities.

Prerequisites: A basic understanding of data logic is helpful; programming experience is not strictly required.

Unlike courses with hours of video tutorials, we focus on a direct, effective approach:

  • You work hands-on on practical business cases.
  • You can ask individual questions and get immediate answers during the training.
  • We select from our library of demo cases those that best fit your business processes.

This way you benefit from training that not only imparts knowledge but also delivers real results for your organization.
