Together with AOE, they developed an innovative solution: AI-generated agent avatars that automatically transform property data into personalized video exposés. The result combines cutting-edge technology with personal proximity, making agents visible as local brand ambassadors in the digital space.

Challenge

The manual creation of personalized video exposés was time-consuming, costly, and not feasible for several hundred properties per month. At the same time, there was a desire to present brokers as authentic points of contact.

Solution

AOE, together with VON POLL IMMOBILIEN, developed an AI workflow that fully automates the transformation of property information into personalized video exposés:

  • Through an automated interface, property data such as location, square footage, number of rooms, year built, and purchase price is imported.
  • Using AI, tailored exposé texts are created — professionally written and optimized for audiovisual delivery.
  • These texts are then processed with the brokers’ individual avatars in HeyGen to produce personalized videos. The avatar videos show the respective broker as a lifelike, animated presenter introducing the property professionally.
  • The entire process is orchestrated via a modular API-first architecture, based on n8n as the workflow engine. The human-in-the-loop approach is maintained: brokers can review, adjust, or approve content at any time.
