On February 15/16, as part of the eHealth incubator program at the Entscheiderfabrik's event, hospital decision-makers chose the five digitization topics 2023 for hospitals from twelve finalists.
Together with PLANFOX and PlanOrg, AOE presented the topic "Rethinking the digital patient journey".
With our solution we want to address various current challenges of the healthcare industry, such as:
- Improving patient satisfaction by optimizing the patient journey
- Integrated view on visitors and addressing the visitor's journey
- Reducing the workload of hospital staff
- Opening up new revenue potential through digital convenience services
The solution we propose is an interoperable digital healthcare platform that can be integrated into the existing heterogeneous system landscape via interfaces. Important components include visitor and meal management as well as digital appointment coordination.
