Guillaume is the founder and CEO of ENNOstudio, a creative consultant, and a strategic designer. Born in Paris, he has led creative projects across Europe, North America, and South America. At ENNOstudio, he has worked with renowned companies, including BARMER, Wüstenrot, Sparda Bank, ADAC, Lufthansa, Migros Bank, Vodafone, Sparkasse, HelloFresh, and MyMuesli. For Guillaume, design bridges technology and user needs. He advocates for accessible and inclusive design language and collaborates with startups, businesses, and universities across Europe to adopt and share best practices, processes, and mindsets that create designs users love.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at ENNOstudio and an expert in design-thinking processes, Hannah has developed extensive expertise in leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. With her ability to translate complex user needs into innovative solutions, she guides teams through all phases of the design-thinking process – from problem definition and ideation to prototyping and validation. As a strategic designer, she combines her skills in creating low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes with a deep understanding of user needs and business objectives.

Sarah Rojewski is a specialist in Generative and Conversational AI, advising companies on effectively integrating AI-driven solutions such as virtual assistants. As an independent consultant, she combines technical expertise with business and human perspectives to create holistic AI transformations. With extensive experience in developing and scaling Conversational AI, she guides organizations through structural changes, builds innovative teams, and sets new standards for sustainable and ethical AI use.
Fernando Fernandez, Trainer at AOE Academy
After positions at Xerox (2 years) and Gartner (10 years), Fernando Fernandez has been supporting companies in contractual and regulatory projects since the founding of NUM3RUS GmbH in 2010. During this time, he spent nine years implementing various requirements in BaFin-regulated companies. Since the introduction of the GDPR, a dozen data protection mandates have been added, for which he serves as an external data protection officer. Additionally, he is a data protection auditor, outsourcing officer, and holds project management certifications as well as certifications according to ISO 72001 and ISO 42001. For BaFin-regulated companies, he also acted as a project manager for addressing KRITIS findings and has prepared companies for the upcoming challenges regarding DORA/NIS2, often in conjunction with data protection and the AI regulation.
Daniel Kopp
Daniel Kopp has been a developer at AOE for many years and can draw on extensive experience in the context of telecommunications projects. Here he works primarily with Spring Boot in the backend area. He also designs, develops and optimizes cross-team development and deployment processes. He is intensively involved with Gitlab as well as with Gradle.
Kevin Schu
Kevin Schu is Director of Cloud & DevOps Consulting, specializing in IT process automation and cloud-native architectures. He helps companies develop and scale CI/CD pipelines and integrates AI workloads like ChatGPT to streamline complex communication processes. With expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud strategies on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, he focuses on driving efficiency, flexibility, and security in modern IT infrastructures.
Stefanie Kohlen

Stefanie Kohlen is a Product Owner at AOE. After years of doing international press work for clients in the ICT sector, she discovered her passion for digital projects early on. In 2007, she switched to project management at an online agency in Düsseldorf and began to familiarise herself intensively with Scrum and agile working methods in 2014. Since then, she has been working as a certified product owner on various projects - including scaled projects - and is constantly trying to improve the way the team and customers work.

As a software architect at AOE, Stefan Rotsch works out suitable structures and solution concepts with the development teams and accompanies their implementation.
Tolleiv Nietsch

Tolleiv Nietsch is developer and DevOps evangelist at AOE. Since 2004 he has been dealing with TYPO3 – for a long time he was a core developer in the community. In addition to customer-specific tasks, he currently participates in Open Source projects in the areas of TYPO3, Opscode Chef and Apache Mahout.

Fabrizio Branca

Fabrizio Branca is Lead System Developer and is supporting AOE in establishing the American team in the Silicon Valley near San Francisco. He has been actively involved in diverse Open Source communities for many years and is currently working on global TYPO3-, Adobe Commerce- and PHP enterprise projects at AOE. Fabrizio holds numerous certifications as Magento Certified Developer Plus, TYPO3 Certified Integrator and Zend Certified Engineer.

Bastian Ike
Bastian Ike is a core developer and top security expert at AOE. Bastian is a leader in the conception, development and security architecture of our enterprise projects such as Heathrow and Deutsche Telekom as well as our marketplace solution Omnevo. In addition, he is active in several open source communities and is significantly involved in the conception and development of the open source framework "Flamingo" developed by AOE.
Thorsten Essig
Thorsten Essig has been working as a software developer in the e-commerce environment since 2012. In recent years, he has worked at AOE mainly on large e-commerce platforms and marketplace solutions for the aviation industry. He is also actively involved in the further development of the open source framework "Flamingo" developed by AOE and also offers developer training for this. Originally Thorsten comes from the Magento/PHP world and started developing with Go at the beginning of 2017.
Daniel Pötzinger has many years of experience in the development and architecture of Enterprise Web Applications. He has worked with many great self-organized agile teams and knows how collaboration and mutual inspiration – together with the right technologies and patterns – makes software projects successful and solving challenges fun. He is also an active member of various Open Source communities and has gained extensive experience in building and designing performance-critical applications in an Enterprise environment. In addition, Daniel has comprehensive knowledge about how to establish DevOps and Continuous Delivery practices in IT organizations. At AOE, Daniel has provided consulting services and helped implement more than 100 Enterprise projects for such renowned clients as Deutsche Telekom, congstar, Rovio, Cisco Webex, QVC and VMware. In addition, he continues to oversee the development of AOE products such as Searchperience, a sophisticated Enterprise search and recommendation engine and Flamingo, a scalable frontend framework for headless microservice architectures and modern commerce applications.
