- All pricing and service levels reflect the current status as of June 2025. AOE reserves the right to change pricing, SLAs, or service scope at any time.
- All listed fees cover the provisioning, operation, and maintenance of the platform and selected Managed Services by AOE. IaaS charges (e.g., for compute, storage, and network resources on STACKIT or customer infrastructure) are not part of this pricing and will incur additional costs.
- The operation and hosting of Kubernetes control planes for all managed clusters is fully covered by the platform fees. This significantly reduces IaaS costs, as only workload node resources are incurred additionally.
