AOE TOP Employer for IT Jobs 2022 in CHIP study

In a study by CHIP magazine, we were awarded as TOP employer for IT jobs. Of a total of 2,861 employers analyzed, this makes us one of only 17% that were rated as outstanding in all areas of the test.

The goal of the survey, which took place from April 2021 to September 2021, is to help both job seekers and employers. The assessment was based on three areas: IT applicant handling, transparency for IT applicants and IT employee evaluations.

Those who achieved a score of at least 70% qualified as a TOP employer. At 93%, we are well above the average of 81% in the IT software sector.

To assess the attractiveness of employers with a need for IT specialists, the following three areas were analyzed:

1. IT applicant handling: The evaluation included how companies responded to unsolicited applications with different applicant profiles and to general inquiries about open positions.
2. Transparency for IT applicants: The companies' websites and advertised positions were considered, therefore i.e. our career pages.
3. IT employee reviews: The kununu ratings of the companies, particularly from the IT sector, were examined.
