Since the early 1990s, Joern Bock has been involved in the creation, design and organization of interactive media projects. As the former head of his own advertising agency, as well as senior positions in several international digital agencies, Joern brings plenty of (digital) experience to the table. He was among the early-adopters of TYPO3 and has been actively involved in the TYPO3 community, e.g. as a project manager for typo3.org. At AOE, he has been largely responsible for the global project management operations. To this end, he is instrumental in continuously driving the use of agile development methods, such as Kanban, Scrum or Lean as part of an agile organization and a living agile corporate culture.
