In 2019, the Trinity Forum, the world’s most influential airport commercial revenues conference, will be held for the first time in Doha, Qatar. From 30 to 31 October, industry professionals will meet at the St. Regis Hotel Doha to exchange ideas and discuss trends in the aviation and travel retail sectors. With Qatar Airways the conference will have an airline as host for the first time in the 16-year history of the event.
On October 30, the event organizers pose the question whether the Travel Retail “Trinity” should be extended to airlines to form a “Quaternity”. The discussion “The power of three – or the power of four?” examines how the evolution of on-board marketplaces is changing travel retail. AOE founder and CEO Kian Gould; Chris Pok, KrisShop CEO and Lalitha Sivanaser, CEO of OurShop (AirAsia) will talk about the topic from 2:40 p.m. to 3:40 p.m.
