Speaker

Matthias Feit feels most comfortable in his role as mediator in interface processes: between design and technology, customer and user, strategy and operative business. He advises clients with a focus on design systems, information architectures and UX strategy and is co-organizer of the Rhein-Main Meetup on Jobs To Be Done.

The key tools from the Jobs To Be Done framework will be presented in a keynote speech, followed by a closer look at how they can interact with well-known methods from UX design and agile software development. Afterwards, the group will jointly create a job map.
