Thomas Cook wanted to provide employees with an attractive central point of contact for relevant company news, internal memos and current statistics, as well as frequently used forms, employee offers and much more. AOE’s task was to implement an intranet for Thomas Cook and its subsidiary Condor, both based on identical technology. The aim was to depict the specific divisions of the complex organization and to present the teams individually. AOE developed a customized marketplace specifically for the intranet, where employees can post, administer and read classified ads. AOE succeeded in creating a visually appealing and lively intranet that meets the client’s needs for technical sophistication as well as ease of use.
