Your Tasks

  • New, innovative projects in the area of digital transformation of companies (web portal, E-Commerce, native mobile)
  • Fresh web- and interface design at an international level
  • Creating the best user experience for our clients
  • Conceptualization and crteation of websites, interfaces and apps
  • Creating new designs using user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes
  • Collaboratively trying out new paths in crossfunctional, agile teams
  • Iterative work and close cooperation with the developers and concept developers in the Scrum team

Your Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio of already completed work projects
  • Experience in the areas of E-Commerce, portals and mobile applications
  • Creativity and intuition for UX-, design-, brand- and technology trends
  • Good knowledge in design- and styleguide best practices
  • Command of the creative work process from scribble to digital with Photoshop
  • Good knowledge of visual design principles and design grids
  • Awareness for “form follows function”
  • Enthusiasm for agile work processes
  • Interest in self-organized, responsible work and cross-role collaboration
  • Collaborative- and communication skills
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Good knowledge of Responsive Design
  • Experience with Axure RP and/or other common prototyping tools
  • Written and spoken English and German

Desirable knowledge

  • Basic skills in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
  • Experience with 3D and video tools
  • Experience with Sketch, InDesign, AfterEffects
  • Experience with agile work approaches
