Wir sind ein stark wachsendes agiles IT-Unternehmen mit aktuell mehr als 200 Mitarbeiter:innen und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Eintrittstermin einen Technical Support Engineer (m/w/d) für unsere Hauptniederlassung in Wiesbaden.

Dich erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit: Du hilfst unseren Mitarbeiter:innen, egal ob Entwickler:in oder Koch, Probleme bezüglich der IT-Infrastruktur zu lösen und die Systeme aktuell zu halten.

Das werden deine Aufgaben sein

Du bist Ansprechpartner im 1st Level Support für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen
Über unterschiedliche interne Kanäle nimmst du Supportanfragen an und bearbeitest diese
Wenn du mal nicht weiterkommst, steht dir dein Team helfend zur Seite
Du unterstützt bei der Fehlersuche und -behebung
Gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen kümmerst du dich um das Aufsetzen neuer Hardware, deren Ausgabe und Verwaltung
Du erstellst technische Dokumentationen für unsere Mitarbeiter auf Deutsch oder Englisch
Du arbeitest unter anderem mit folgenden Anwendungen: DeskPro Ticket System, Microsoft Exchange und Microsoft O365, Linux Server, Active Directory, Zabbix und Puppet

Das bringst du mit

Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
Technisches Verständnis von komplexen IT-Systemen und Internet-Technologien
Sicheres, freundliches und geduldiges Auftreten gegenüber Mitarbeiter:innen und Dienstleistern
Kommunikative Persönlichkeit
Pragmatische Herangehensweise und strukturiertes Arbeiten
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Nice to have

Erfahrung mit dem Aufsetzen und Updaten von Windows und MacOS Client Rechnern
