AOE ist ein stark wachsendes agiles IT-Unternehmen mit aktuell mehr als 200 Mitarbeiter:innen und wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Eintrittstermin einen Systemadministrator (m/w/d) für unsere Hauptniederlassung in Wiesbaden.

Das werden deine Aufgaben sein

Du bist mitverantwortlich für Administration, Wartung, Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der internen IT-Infrastrukturen (ESX-Cluster, Storage, Switches)
Auch die Administration von Windows Servern (Exchange, Active Directory, Berechtigungskonzept, Gruppenrichtlinien, High-Availability / Failover) gehört zu deinen Aufgaben
Ebenso wie die Administration von Linux Servern (Apache, Nginx, MySQL, Tomcat)
Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von weitreichenden Automatisierungsmechanismen für unsere Entwicklungs- und Deploymentprozesse (Docker, Puppet)
Du überwachst den laufenden Betrieb durch Implementierung und Verbesserung der Monitoringkonzepte
Ein verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit sicherheitsrelevanten Themen (Updates, Patches) ist auch Teil deines Aufgabengebiets

Das bringst du mit

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
(Erste) Berufserfahrung als Systemadministrator
Gute Kenntnisse aus dem Windows- und / oder Linux-Server-Umfeld
Erfahrung mit MacOS
Grundlagen zur Netzwerkadministration
Bewusstsein für sicherheitsrelevante Themen
Pragmatische Herangehensweise und strukturiertes Arbeiten
Lernbereitschaft, Selbstorganisation und Teamfähigkeit
Offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Nice to have

Linux: Basis-Zertifizierung – zum Beispiel LPCI-1
Netzwerk: Basic Netzwerk-Zertifizierung
Gute Kenntnisse im Scripting (Powershell, Bash)
