Your Tasks

  • Accompaniment of the entire applicant lifecycle from initial contact to closing the contract
  • Ensuring a professional start for new employees
  • Active sourcing/direct approach and use of all common social media tools in recruiting
  • Development of new recruiting channels
  • Creation of vacancy ads after consultation with management and the teams

  • Establishing contacts and cultivating relationships with universities
  • Active participation in university marketing and other recruiting events, incl. trade fairs
  • Organization of open house days
  • Employer branding

Your Qualifications

  • Passion for recruiting and knowledge of the latest trends
  • High affinity to IT, social media and topics related to the challenges of state-of-the-art technologies
  • Strong interest in and experience in implementing active sourcing strategies
  • Enjoyment of networking
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable commercial training with a focus on personnel
  • Several years of recruiting experience, ideally in IT or startups or recruitment agencies
  • Willingness to travel – establishment of further German locations
  • Confident appearance coupled with a high sense of service and social competence as well as a sense of humour
  • Results-oriented, proactive work with a high level of planning and organisational talent
  • Independent and meticulous approach to working
  • Absolute trustworthiness, team-orientation and flexibility
  • Very good written and spoken German- and English language skills
