We are a rapidly growing agile IT company with currently more than 200 employees at our Wiesbaden location and are looking for a qualified receptionist/team assistant (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

For our customers, our candidates as well as our employees you are the first person they meet when entering our sophisticated office. You enjoy welcoming each of our guests in a courteous, charming and friendly manner with a friendly smile in German and English. You also interact with our external callers in the same way, looking after our telephone switchboard. In addition, you have extensive knowledge about professional office management, which you contribute to your daily work with commitment and motivation. Your Tasks

  • Independent management of the telephone switchboard in German and English
  • Organization, planning and booking of business trips (flight, hotel, train, rental car, conference tickets) for all employees
  • Correspondence with service providers, employees and customers in German and English
  • Performing additional assistance tasks such as ordering office supplies, processing invoices and delivery notes, etc.
  • Reception of guests and guest services as well as preparation of conference rooms
  • Maintenance of databases
  • General office organization
  • Interface to HR, accounting, management, recruiting, facility management

Your Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training
  • Experience as an assistant or receptionist
  • Competence in communicating
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Very good written and spoken knowledge of English and German
  • Friendly, winning and engaging manner
  • High level of responsibility, independent work ethic, reliability and social competence as well as a team-oriented working process
