Project Controller (m/w/d) in Wiesbaden (partly remote possible)

AOE ist ein stark wachsendes agiles IT-Unternehmen mit aktuell mehr als 200 Mitarbeiter:innen am Standort Wiesbaden. Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Eintrittstermin einen qualifizierten Projektcontroller (m/w/d). Du bist in dieser Rolle Teil unseres 5-köpfigen Finanzteams und bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen den Projektteams und dem Finanzteam.

Das werden deine Aufgaben sein

Du versorgst unsere Kolleg:innen in den Projekten, im Produktmanagement, im Vertrieb und die Geschäftsleitung mit Analysen, die unsere datengetriebenen Entscheidungen unterstützen sowie mit Impulsen zur Verbesserung unserer Organisation
Dafür erarbeitest du eigenverantwortlich Budgets, Forecasts und Reportings aus verschiedenen Quellen bzw. Systemen, erstellst Abweichungsanalysen und interpretierst und kommentierst diese für unsere Stakeholder
Du verantwortest die exakte und fristgerechte Abrechnung unserer Projekte
Du hast den Überblick über die Umsätze aus Verträgen mit unseren Kunden und stellst gemeinsam mit dem Finanzteam der AOE-Gruppe sicher, dass diese in der Hauptbuchhaltung sowie den Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen korrekt abgebildet sind
Um Transparenz zu schaffen, entwickelst du unsere Controlling-Tools, -prozesse und -kennzahlen weiter und führst, wo es sinnvoll ist, neue ein
Du arbeitest mit dem Key Account Management zusammen und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Ausschreibungsunterlagen
Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kunden zu projektspezifischen Fragen bzgl. Rechnungsstellung, Abrechnungsprognosen etc.
Du unterstützt die Projektteams bei Bedarf bei der Klärung verschiedener Themen (z.B. Personalbedarf, Lizenzen, Rufbereitschaft)

Das bringst du mit

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling, Accounting oder Finanzen
Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, selbstständig und systematisch und verfügst über ein sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen und Zahlenverständnis
Du gehst professionell mit MS Office (insbes. Excel) um
Du bist Teamplayer
Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Nice to have

Kuchenback-Skills (einzusetzen für den teaminternen Kuchendonnerstag :-))
Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und/ oder BI-Tools
Kenntnisse in der Jahresabschlusserstellung nach HGB
