We are a rapidly growing agile IT company, with currently more than 200 employees at our Wiesbaden location. We are looking for a qualified Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d) for permanent employment for the next possible entry date.

You are interested in assuming responsibility as the product expert for our own, cutting-edge enterprise solution for airports, the digital marketplace OM³, as well as providing user support – then come to us. After extensive training, you will be a competent contact person for customers and colleagues for all questions concerning the OM³ system. You will play an important role in establishing the support structures and can expect a challenging job with international customers within a great, inspiring team. Your Tasks

  • 2nd level support of international system users (no end customers)
  • Qualify and prioritize incoming communication/inquiries via the ticket system and telephone
  • Supporting the customer in the use of complex system components
  • Configuration of components according to customer requirements
  • Analysis of error messages with a specially-created analysis tool (further development of the analysis tool)
  • Classification of feature requests and transfer to development teams
  • Working with the following technologies: Magento, Akeneo PIM, Order Management Systems, etc.
  • Familiarization with the systems at the start of work

Your Qualifications

  • Communicative personality
  • A confident, friendly and patient attitude towards customers
  • Technical understanding of complex IT systems and Internet technologies
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Pragmatic approach and structured work
  • Willingness to travel (occasional travel activity)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and German

Additional Desirable knowledge

  • Experience with Linux, Shell
  • Experience with databases
  • Additional foreign language skills are an advantage
