(Junior) HR Generalist (m/f/d) in Wiesbaden (partly remote possible)

AOE is a rapidly growing agile IT company with currently more than 200 employees in Wiesbaden. We are looking for a qualified (Junior) HR Generalist (m/f/d) to join our HR team as soon as possible.

You can expect a small, dedicated team that works independently and self-organized. The activities are very varied and challenging. As we are constantly growing, we are looking for HR support for a permanent position at our subsidiary Omnevo GmbH effective immediately.

These will be your tasks

  • People Management: You are responsible for employees from Germany and abroad from the moment they join to the moment they leave the company and answer questions from employees and management on HR-relevant topics
  • Administration & Payroll: You support us in the preparation of the monthly payroll and prepare documents relevant to employment law, such as contract documents, references and certificates. Personnel file maintenance is also part of our daily work tasks
  • Systems: You manage and update our HR information systems and also enjoy familiarizing yourself with new systems
  • Projects: We are constantly working on diverse projects in the HR area, which are developed and worked on together as a team

What you bring along

  • You have a successfully completed university degree, ideally with a focus on HR, or a commercial apprenticeship with optional further training (e.g. HR specialist).
  • You have first professional experience in the operational HR / personnel area and knowledge of labor and social security law
  • You are a team player and have an open and communicative personality
  • You possess the necessary tact and instincts when dealing with people
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills are required
  • Discretion as well as a reliable and self-organized way of working are important to you
  • As an agile company we attach great importance to the willingness to change and interest in new topics
  • We expect you to be proficient in the use of common systems (especially MS Office) and to enjoy driving topics forward innovatively and digitally
  • Remote work is possible, regular visits to the office in Wiesbaden are necessary however
