Your Tasks as Linux Administrator (m/f/d)

  • Administration, maintenance, further development and continuous improvement of internal IT infrastructures (ESX clusters, storage, switches)
  • Administration of Linux servers (LAMP Stack)
  • Overseeing current operations by implementation and improvement of the monitoring concepts
  • Responsible handling of security-relevant topics (updates, patches)

Your Qualifications

  • Professional experience as system administrator
  • Good knowledge of the Linux server environment
  • Basics of network administration
  • Awareness of safety-related issues
  • Analytical, structured and conscientious approach to work
  • Willingness to learn, self-organization and team spirit
  • Open and communicative personality
  • Good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)

Desirable knowledge

  • Linux: Basic certification - e.g. LPCI-1 or higher
  • Network: Basic Network Certification
  • Windows know-how
  • Experience with MacOs
