AOE is a rapidly growing agile IT company, with currently 250 employees worldwide. We are looking for a qualified Project Manager (m/f/d) for permanent employment for our office in Miami.  

As a Project Manager, you are the day-to-day face to the customer, responsible for managing the customer relationship on the operative level making sure the right scope is delivered within time and budget. You can identify with this role? Then apply to us now.

Your Tasks as Project Manager (m/f/d)

    • Keep track of development progress and provide reporting to your customer
    • Discuss and agree an overall prioritization together with other OM³ Project Managers
    • Develop the customer account by helping the customer shape and prioritize their requirements taking OM³ product capabilities and E-Commerce best practices into account
    • Support the Product Owner in translating customer requirements into a rollout roadmap on the feature level. Work with AOE development teams to refine the backlog
    • Act as an interface between customer and AOE Dev-teams and facilitate the work of your customer project team
    • Work with the customer on-site to build trust and a good working relationship with the customer
    • Work on contracts, commercial agreements and other legal documents with the client and AOE's internal stakeholders
    • Report budgets and timings to both the customer and internal stakeholders (finance) to ensure correct billing. Coordinate invoices and create regular financial reports and budget forecasts
    • Manage risks and project escalations with internal and external stakeholders while consulting with AOE Management

    Your Qualifications

        • You resolve conflicts by taking the perspective of your counterpart into account
        • You are characterized by an ability to keep a healthy balance of attention to detail and pragmatic solutions
        • Sound knowledge as a Project Manager, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Product Owner, Management Consultant or in a similar role
        • Completion of a technical or commercial course of study at the university level, or formal training
        • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Spanish

        Additional desirable Knowledge

              • Fluency in German
              • Experience with other methods from the agile toolkit, such as design thinking or lean startup
              • Experience in creating product visions and prototypes
              • Experience in an E-Commerce environment
              • Experience in the travel retail industry
              • A good technical understanding
              • A passion for presenting and moderating
