AOE is a rapidly growing agile IT company with 250 employees worldwide. We are looking for a qualified Office Assistant (m/f/d) for our office in Krefeld, Germany, to start as soon as possible.

The office in Krefeld is located in a protected building in the Mies-van-der-Rohe Business Park and currently accommodates 20 employees. For this year a growth to approx. 25 employees is planned.

For our employees, our candidates as well as our customers you are the first contact person when entering our state-of-the-art office. You enjoy welcoming each of our guests in a courteous, charming and friendly manner. Your Tasks as Office Assistant (m/f/d)

  • Ordering office supplies, processing invoices and delivery notes, etc.
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Independent management of a cash till
  • Travel bookings for employees if required
  • Independent correspondence in German and English
  • Checking, ordering and refilling various consumables (coffee, drinks, snacks, soap, etc.)
  • Support in the assembly and maintenance of office furniture and delegation of assembly work
  • Contact for cleaning companies, service providers and craftsmen
  • Welcoming and supporting visitors and customers
  • Administration, support and setup of conference rooms before/after meetings

Your Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training
  • Relevant experience in office management, assistance or reception
  • Communication competence
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Comprehensive knowledge of spoken and written English and German
  • Friendly, winning and engaging manner
  • High level of responsibility, independent action, reliability and social competence as well as a team-oriented approach to work
