Team Lead Sales (m/f/d), Wiesbaden/Remote

Are you interested in leading a small sales team and are you happy to take on operational responsibility for our sales success? Do you have several years of sales experience in the IT security sector, ideally also with SaaS solutions? Then you will have the opportunity to fully contribute your experience and help shape our sales activities hands-on. We are currently looking for support for a Team Lead Sales (m/f/d). We at Bare.ID are not a typical sales organization, but an agile company where quality always wins over quantity and you can shape your own workday. Most teammates use a hybrid working mode and prefer to work together in the office in Wiesbaden or remotely depending on the situation.


Your job

  • You take responsibility for the operational sales of the Bare.ID SaaS product and are interested in participating in the strategic direction in the future
  • Together with your team, you design efficient sales processes and develop target group-specific sales channels (including sales campaigns and channel management) to acquire new customers
  • You are a passionate hands-on salesperson and accompany the sales process from initial contact to contract conclusion
  • You are primarily responsible for acquiring new customers and use on-the-job training and mentoring to ensure that your teammates benefit and learn from your expertise 
  • You take part in conferences, trade fairs and relevant meet-ups to further expand your customer network and maintain the exchange with IT security decision-makers and communicate about this on social media (LinkedIn)
  • You stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in IT security and IAM and derive the resulting customer needs


What you bring along

  • You have several years of experience in selling software products in the IT security sector, ideally SaaS products or B2B software solutions
  • You have the desire to further professionalize and expand our operational sales and to take over the implementation from cold calling to existing customer care
  • You understand and speak the language of decision-makers on the customer side and know what is important to them when working together
  • You have a great technical understanding and a high willingness to learn in order to optimally understand customer needs and offer effective solutions
  • You have a native level of German and a good command of English
  • You enjoy working in a start-up environment and would like to become part of our Bare.ID community
