Hey, we are the lemmings. And if you're thinking of the video game of previous years, you're right! With the difference that we don't have green hair or wear blue suits. As the AOE Developer team, we are, among other things, internal service providers and, like the lemmings, constantly on the move. We work on internal systems and tools, as well as the AOE website. For us, love of code and code quality are extremely important due to the longevity of the applications - we don't have much to do with deadlines, budgets and spaghetti code. Self-irony, sarcasm and jokes make us as a team and we have to admit, we really have a lot of fun. We take our job very seriously and we are really good at what we do! We develop with agile software development in mind and work very closely with different departments, e.g. IT, marketing, HR. In addition, we regularly supervise and support interns and students. In addition to our Scrum meetings, we meet regularly for virtual coffee talks - where we exchange ideas about God and the world. Our team is currently under construction, there is a lot to shape and you can be part of it from the beginning. We work very flexible - some in the Wiesbaden office, others full remote. Part-time is also possible. The main thing for us is that you really like the role and the tasks.
