Hey! The 9 of us - Bastian, Christian, Kai, Karl, Karsten, Max, Michael, Roland und Samuel - are Team 14. But we're not just a number, we're one of several teams working with our longest-standing customer congstar. Together with our PO and Scrum Master at congstar, we developers at AOE form a strong and harmonious SCRUM team, most of which works remotely. We see ourselves as a unit, working on business-critical new and existing customer processes and creating real added value with our applications. What makes us stand out? Definitely solving problems together and communicating at eye level. Code quality is more important to us than deadlines, budgets and spaghetti code. In our dailies, we exchange ideas within the team on a daily basis. If possible, we also like to meet face-to-face in the office in Wiesbaden or Cologne for a sprint change. We work very independently, but also occasionally use pair programming to work together on features. In the congstar Weekly, we exchange views across teams and analyze new ideas and technologies. There is always time for further training and development, because we don't stand still!
