Preventing errors is a top priority in agile software development. The requirements form the basis of the software development process.
If there are
these can persist throughout the software development process. The later the errors are discovered, the higher the costs to eliminate them. The optimal state is to identify and eliminate the risks revealed before the implementation. Investing time in correction pays off since a common understanding of the requirements reduces the work time and costs during development and shortens the time to implementation.
The goal of this workshop is to reveal what kinds of errors can arise, what types of risks may therefore exist, and how individual agile events can be used to minimize these risks and errors.
Workshop structure
1. What are requirements? |
2. What states can requirements have and where do the risks lie? |
3. Deep-dive into the risks/their cause |
4. How is it possible to deploy agile tools and ceremonies to minimize the risks? |

Together with some like-minded individuals, he organizes the Software Test User Group Rhein-Main.
